This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20160824-19 dated August 24, 2016 regarding the Offer to Buy – Acquisition Window (Takeover) for Excel Crop Care Limited and notice no. 20160926-4 dated September 26, 2016 regarding a corrigendum to the Letter of Offer dated August 16, 2016, in relation to delay in payment of consideration to the Public Shareholders who have tendered their Equity Shares under the Offer from the scheduled date of payment.
Trading Members, Custodians and Shareholders are requested to note that ICICI Securities Ltd., the Manager to the Offer for and on behalf of Sumitomo Chemical India Private Limited (“Acquirer”) along with Sumitomo Chemical Company Limited (“PAC 1") has submitted a letter dated October 3, 2016 regarding the payment of interest to the Public Shareholders through RTGS/NEFT/DD for the delayed period. A copy of the letter is attached herewith for the information.
Market participants are requested to take note of the same.
